Swiss-born, Chef Hans Egg began his training at the prestigious Suvretta House in St. Moritz. His career included the Cavalieri Hilton in Rome, the Nile Hilton in Cairo, the Swiss Pavilion at Expo ‘67 in Montreal, the Stefanino in LA and Swiss Center Restaurants in NYC. Saddle River Inn opened in 1981.
